Nirjay is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Law graduate with over 26 years of professional experience in handling several businesses advisory and M&A; management support on financial, accounting, tax, legal and compliance matters, and assignments related to buy-out transactions, placements, building partnerships and JVs, making representation to government. His key skills include finance, legal, government policies and managing business in India.
Yash Dharavat
A Chartered Accountant (CA) with DipIFR (ACCA UK) degree, Yash brings over 15 years of rich experience in working with Tax teams of various corporates like Maersk, CMA CGM and Dorf Ketal. His focus is on tax advisory and assisting in search and seizure related matters. His expertise lies in opinions and tax planning for corporates and individuals.
Atul Singh
Atul is a lawyer practicing in Bombay High Court and empaneled with the Government of India for representing it in various matters. He is a legal brain who believes in the remedy and procedural approach of litigation on issues having larger impact on the society.
Sunny Peter
